How do you find your frame size?
Place a card on the bridge of your nose, just below your eyebrows. If the edge of the card goes past the outer edge of your eye, you are a size S (small), so the lens width of your glasses should be under 50 mm.
If the edge of the card ends at the outer edge of your eye, you are a size M (medium), so the lens width of your glasses should be between 51 mm and 54 mm.
If the edge of the card ends before the outer edge of your eye, you are a size L (large), over 54 mm, so the lens width of your glasses should be more than 54 mm.
